Dr. Oetker Blue Gel Color 15g

Strong blue food coloring gel. The gel color is thicker than liquid color, yet easy to pipe. It is packed in a single tube from which the color can be easily dispensed drop by drop. It is recommended to add the color to whipped cream drop by drop only at the end of whipping, so that the cream does not curdle. This way, the amount of color can be estimated more precisely and the result will be the desired color.
