Right of withdrawal

As a customer within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must:

  • be unused
  • be in original packaging
  • be in resellable condition

Return process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

- If the return is made at the customer’s initiative, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- If the product is defective or incorrect, we will provide a suitable solution.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, it must be handled as a return.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the package and the item.

We will review each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
