Right of Withdrawal

As a customer within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must strictly meet the following criteria:

  • • Be unused and undamaged
  • • Be in their original packaging
  • • Be in a resellable condition

Exceptions to the Right of Return

Please note that the 14-day right of return does not apply to:

  • Food and beverages: For food safety and health protection reasons, all food items, snacks, sweets, tea, and coffee cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
  • Hygiene and cosmetic products: Items such as toothpastes, toothbrushes, face and body creams, and shampoos cannot be returned if their protective seal, wrapping, or packaging has been opened or broken after delivery.

Return Process & Shipping Costs

  • Instructions: Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service for confirmation at: order@scandinavian-shop.com.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 14 days.
  • Shipping Costs:
    If the return is made at the customer’s initiative, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will provide a suitable solution, including covering the return shipping costs.

Damaged Items & Transport Damage

  • Reporting Damage:
    If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us via email at order@scandinavian-shop.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Your email must include clear photos of the damaged item, the inner protective packaging, and the external shipping box with the shipping label visible.
  • Inspection Right:
    We reserve the right to request that the damaged item be returned to us for inspection before a replacement or refund is approved. Failure to provide complete photographic evidence or to return the item upon request may result in the denial of your claim.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it must be handled as a return in accordance with our User Agreement.
