Dr. Oetker Pink Food Coloring Gel 15g

Pink Food Coloring Gel. The gel color is thicker than liquid color but easily pipable. The gel color is packed in an individual tube, from which the color can be easily dispensed drop by drop. It is recommended to add the color to whipped cream drop by drop only at the end of whipping to prevent curdling. This way the amount of color can be estimated more accurately and the final result is the desired color. A stronger black color can be achieved by adding cocoa powder to the dough or frosting.
