Dr. Oetker Green Gel Color 15g

Strong green food color gel. Gel color is thicker than liquid color, but still easily pipable. The gel color is packed in a single tube, from which the color can be easily dispensed drop by drop. The product is vegan. It is recommended to add the color to whipped cream drop by drop only at the end of whipping to prevent the cream from curdling. This way, the amount of color can be estimated more accurately and the result will be the desired color.
