Whole grain RYE flour, sourdough starter (whole grain RYE flour, water), chia seed (3.3 %), salt, sea salt (0.4 %), yeast. 100% whole grain rye is used from the grain used for baking. Strongly salty. May contain small amounts of sesame seeds.
