Törsleffs Melatin Yellow Gelling Agent 40g

Yellow Melatin contains part of the required sugar (fruit sugar), apple pectin, and preservative. With Yellow Melatin, you can make excellent jelly and marmalade also from frozen berries or fruits. Yellow Melatin is always added before the sugar.
