Törsleffs Melatin Red Gelling Agent 25g

Red Melatin is suitable for jams and marmalades made with less sugar. Contains preservatives. The contents of the bag are sufficient for 4-6 kilograms of marmalade/jam. The liquid content of berries and fruits varies, which should be taken into account when cooking. Juicy berries require about 25% more Melatin.
