Soocin broths are made traditionally from scratch. Bones and roots are roasted in the oven, after which they are simmered for a long time and carefully in large pots.
Soocin broths and sauce bases are made from fresh local raw materials.

Meat broth (beef bones (Finland), water, onion, mushroom, carrot, parsnip, leek, salt, lovage, parsley, black pepper, thyme, bay leaf), red wine concentrate 4% (contains SULFITES), modified starch, syrup, salt, brown sugar, red wine vinegar (contains SULFITES), mushroom powder, caramelized sugar powder (caramelized sugar syrup, maltodextrin), flavoring, thyme, black pepper).
