The broth for the sauce is traditionally made from scratch. Bones and root vegetables are roasted in the oven, after which they are simmered for a long time and carefully in large pots.
The broths and sauce bases are made from fresh local raw materials.

Meat broth (beef bones (Finland), water, onion, mushroom, carrot, parsnip, leek, salt, lovage, parsley, black pepper, thyme, bay leaf), modified starch, red wine concentrate (contains SULPHITES), salt, caramelized sugar powder (caramelized sugar syrup, maltodextrin), flavoring.
