Coconut cream is a fattier version of coconut milk. It is made by pressing the flesh of organically grown coconuts and mixing it with water. This creates an especially creamy texture that is perfect for curries, stews, and even sweet desserts. This also means that we do not need to add anything extra – our coconut cream is completely free from additives!
Tip: Coconut cream can also be whipped into a light foam. Add a little organic vanilla powder and whip briefly – you get a perfect topping for desserts or coffee. For best results, chill the coconut cream before whipping.
