Sunnuntai 4x11g dry yeast

Sunnuntai Dry Yeast is ready to use immediately, a well-preserved baking yeast that is added to dough by mixing with flour or liquid. Sunnuntai dry yeast is portioned into 11 g packets, which corresponds to about 30 grams of fresh yeast. One packet contains the appropriate amount of dry yeast for 5 dl of bread roll dough or 2 1/2 dl of bun dough.
