Sunnuntai 10x11g Dry Yeast

Sunnuntai Dry Yeast is immediately ready for use, a very durable baking yeast, which is added to dough mixed with flour or liquid. Sunnuntai dry yeast is dosed in 11 g packets, which corresponds to about 30 grams of fresh yeast. Each packet contains the right amount of dry yeast for 5 dl of roll dough or 2 1/2 dl of bun dough.
