Schär Digestive Cookie Gluten-Free 160g

Same recipe and taste as before, but now under the Schär brand.
Digestive biscuit is a favorite and a classic on the cheese platter, which tastes especially good with fresh figs or a good jam. Also perfect for baking, e.g. as a base for cheesecakes. Not suitable if you are allergic to oat protein avenin.

Ingredients

Corn starch, rice flour, coconut oil, gluten-free OAT flour 10%, sugar, whole grain rice flour, glucose syrup, inverted sugar syrup, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), coloring agent: caramel color; rice starch, raising agent; sodium bicarbonate; thickener: xanthan gum; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Salt 1.5%. Strongly salty.
