Try seasoning chicken or pork, noodles or vegetables, or make your own marinade with it. Excellent for grilled dishes but equally suitable for dishes prepared on the stove or in the oven. The spice contains typical Korean BBQ flavors such as tangy, salty, and slightly sweet. The spice gets its flavor from, among other things, sesame, soy, ginger, chili, and garlic. We have used these flavors as inspiration when creating our own version of Korean-style BBQ spice mix.
• Store in a dry and dark place to preserve the aroma longer.
