PULS RECO is designed to support better recovery. The rich double chocolate flavored recovery drink refuels depleted glycogen stores and provides nutrients to the muscles. The powder contains 21 g of protein and 21 g of carbohydrates - in an optimal 1:1 ratio. Made from low-lactose whey protein concentrate, the powder contains a complete amino acid profile. It supports better recovery and helps quickly initiate muscle damage repair. The combination of maltodextrin and dextrose in the product simultaneously replenishes rapidly depleted energy stores. Protein promotes muscle mass growth and maintenance as well as supports recovery after training. Carbohydrates promote the recovery of normal muscle function after strenuous physical exercise leading to skeletal muscle fatigue and glycogen depletion. The effect is achieved when carbohydrates are consumed in a total of 4 g per kilogram of body weight, divided into several portions within the first four hours and at the latest six hours after exercise.
