Puljonki® Signature Meat Broth is suitable for braised and boiled dishes as well as dark sauces where a high collagen content is not desired. The rich meat broth serves excellently as a base for meat soup, ramen soup, goulash, or stroganoff. Additionally, the meat broth can be used as a cooking broth when preparing meat for cold cuts. Let the meat cool in the broth so that the flavor is absorbed. 0.9 kg of beef bones has been used for one liter of Puljonki® Signature Meat Broth.
