We cooked the Baltic herring in such a way that it can be put directly from the jar into a sandwich, salad, sushi, or the mouth – whatever kind of eater, such Baltic herring.
Arkikala is a mouth-friendly blend of Baltic herring and vendace, which is also an excellent and far too little utilized food fish. These two together in a jar are like a tastier, more responsible, and domestic alternative to tuna.
