Green pitted olives are made from selected premium Manzanilla olives, ripening under the Spanish sun in Andalusia. Paivansade olives have a low salt content, only 2.4%, and our own recipe guarantees the olives their full-bodied flavor. They are excellent for cooking, for example in salads, pies, and on top of pizza.

Water, pitted green olives, salt, flavoring, acidity regulators (citric acid and lactic acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
