Old Riga Smoked Sprats in Oil 250g/175g

Smoked sprat in oil is smoked using traditional methods with alder chips. Sprat is naturally caught and hand-packed. It is an additive- and preservative-free ready-to-eat product.
The small sprat bones are soft and do not need to be removed. Sprat is very tasty and a good source of protein, adding variety to fish meals.
Serving suggestion: Sprat is best enjoyed as is with dark bread or boiled potatoes. From smoked sprat, you can easily prepare pies, sandwich cakes, omelets, salads, cocktail bites, and stuffed breads.
