Myllyn Paras Special Wheat Flour is made from the core part of the wheat grain in Hyvinkää. Special wheat flour is milled to a degree coarser than semi-coarse wheat flour, so the flour blends well with dough moisture or egg foam. Special wheat flour is best suited for baking coffee cakes, tarts, pies and buns, as well as cooking, for example thickening sauces.
