Meira Mineral Salt Fine Iodized 450g

Meira Mineral Salt Contains sea salt made naturally by evaporating water from seawater using the heat of the sun and purifying the remaining salt. Iodine has been added to the salt to ensure sufficient intake. One kilogram of salt contains 25 mg of iodine. Meira mineral salt has over 50% less sodium chloride than regular salt and contains health-promoting minerals such as potassium and magnesium. Reducing sodium and getting enough potassium in the diet help keep blood pressure at a normal level. Due to its low sodium content, mineral salt is not suitable for preservation or salting fish.
