Meira Fine Iodized Sea Salt 450g

Meira Fine Sea Salt is obtained from the Mediterranean Sea area by evaporating water from salty seawater using the warmth of the sun and purifying the remaining salt. Due to the drying method, all natural minerals and trace elements are preserved in the sea salt as well as possible. Iodized fine sea salt has a strong and aromatic flavor. It is suitable for all cooking, and especially well for preparing fish and seafood dishes, fresh salting, and preservation. Potassium iodide is added to iodized fine sea salt. One kilo of salt contains 25 mg of iodine.
