Made using the ancient Metodo Liguori method, \"Trafilata al Bronzo,\" bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperature. This process ensures that the pasta retains the nutritional value of the wheat and maintains its structure well. The bronze drawing method gives the pasta a rough and porous texture and helps it to absorb the sauce perfectly. The sauce is further absorbed thanks to the corkscrew shape of the fusilli.
