Leivon Pikkuserkku-cookie 500 g

Butter-baked coconut-chocolate chip cookies. The American cousin of the relative cookie gains its fluffy texture from coconut flakes and chocolate chips and is baked with a generous amount of Finnish butter lightened with a splash of rapeseed oil. The cookies have a hint of Hawaii, where the original recipe comes from. (May contain small amounts of almonds and hazelnuts.) LACTOSE-FREE, PALM OIL-FREE.
