Beta-carotene is a natural antioxidant that the body converts to vitamin A as needed. Vitamin A helps maintain normal skin and mucous membranes.

Before traveling south or sunbathing, a KAROVIT course should be taken 1-2 weeks before the trip depending on the skin. After the trip, the course is continued for another 1-2 weeks. When sunbathing, skin should be protected with sunscreen with a sun protection factor to prevent sunburn.
