Our decaffeinated coffee is produced organically in Colombia, using spring water and ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane. The raw beans are steamed and moistened with water, after which they are rinsed several times with ethyl acetate to remove caffeine. Finally, the beans are dried and polished before transportation. The process is gentle, preserving the delicious and unique flavor nuances of the coffee.
