HP Spicy Sauce 285g

HP Sauce is a strong spicy English sauce that contains exotic fruits, spices, and malt vinegar. The sauce includes, among other things, dates and tamarind fruit. Clearly inherited from the colonial history of Great Britain. Malt vinegar makes the sauce brown and gives the texture a rich consistency. HP Sauce enhances the flavor of the served food by strengthening it and balancing between salty, sour, sweet, and bitter. Malt vinegar provides, for example, the so-called fifth taste of food – umami. HP Sauce suits all kinds of food and is served cold as well as with both cold and hot dishes. Fried eggs and bacon are a classic, but the sauce works equally well with fries. Why not with steak – or fish!
