Flake is a traditional Finnish dish. In Hirvelä it has been made in the same way since 1966. Only domestic oats are used in Hirvelä\'s traditional genuine Häme flake. A pinch of salt is added to the final product. Hirvelä Oven-Roasted Flake is cooked oats in ready-to-use form. It can be added, for example, to a smoothie, yogurt, or porridge. Traditionally, it has been added to buttermilk. Oven-roasted flake is also excellent for baking. The product is gluten-free and has the \"Good from Finland\" label as well as the Heart symbol.
