Nettle is perhaps one of the most well-known delicacies among wild greens. Foodin\'s nettle leaf powder, or nettle powder, is made by freeze-drying wild-grown nettles.

Use nettle powder in versatile cooking, for example in pancake and bread doughs, soups, stews, omelets, sauces, salads, pesto-type pastes and spreads as well as risottos and pies. Mix finely ground nettle also into smoothies, green drinks, and tea. Nettle is an excellent spinach substitute, also suitable for use in, for example, pancakes.
