Our Finnish coffee farm\'s own coffee Finca Las Ventanas is balanced and fruity. It suits very well to the Finnish coffee taste. In the flavor you find nut chocolate and red berries. Our philosophy is to create one coffee that suits the Finnish taste for both filter coffee and espresso.

Where our farm is located: In the village of Confines, Santander region in Colombia.
Cultivation altitude: 1630-1690 meters above sea level.
What we cultivate: Mainly the Castillo variety but also a bit of Colombia variety.
How we process the coffee: We pick the coffee by hand and dry it in the warmth of the tropical sun. Our coffee is washed with the traditional Colombian method.

Taste: Nut chocolate, red berries.
Texture: Creamy, full-bodied, balanced, soft.
Roast: Slightly darker than medium roast, which brings out chocolate and nutty flavors but still maintains fresh fruitiness. This suits our coffee perfectly.
