Sauerkraut garlic & chili is a spicy sauerkraut salad with just the right amount of heat.
The salad is made by fermentation, i.e. souring, according to a traditional recipe using lactic acid fermentation.
A slightly spicy salad is suitable to be enjoyed as is or added, for example, to woks to bring good and healthy extra flavor.
Regular consumption of fermented foods is said, among other things, to keep the stomach functioning and strengthen the immune system.
