Dr. Oetker Orange Gel Color 15g

Strong orange food color gel. The gel color is thicker than liquid color but still easy to pipe. The gel color is packed in an individual tube, from which the color can be easily dosed drop by drop. The product is vegan. It is recommended to add the color to whipped cream drop by drop only at the end of whipping to prevent the cream from curdling. This way, the amount of color can be estimated more accurately and the result will have the desired color.
