Dansukker Jelly Sugar Multi 370g

Dansukker Jelly Sugar Multi is a 100% plant-based product. With it, you can easily prepare jelly desserts, cream-based desserts such as panna cottas, mousses, and soft tart fillings. Also, a delicious panna cotta is effortlessly made with Jelly Sugar Multi (recipe on the package). The jelly created with Jelly Sugar Multi is soft and \"spoonable\", so the product is not suitable for jelly cakes requiring a firmer texture for slicing. The gelling agents in Jelly Sugar Multi are carrageenan and locust bean gum. It is not suitable for preservation. The product is also suitable for cake glazes (use 1 dl Jelly Sugar Multi / 1–1.5 dl water) and berry desserts (1 dl Jelly Sugar Multi / 2 dl water) when you want a sweeter result than with Dansukker Jelly Sugar.
