Dansukker Jam-Marmalade Sugar 1+3 330g

With Dansukker Jam-Marmalade Sugar, peach, frozen raspberry or even onion find a new form. The result is firmer, more fruity and less sweet than traditional jam and therefore also suitable with, for example, toast or as an accompaniment to meat dishes. Jam-marmalade sugar is easy and quick to use. One package (330 g) is the right amount for one kilogram of vegetables. The cooking time for jam/marmalade is only a few minutes. Suitable raw materials include a variety of fresh and frozen berries, seasonal fruits and vegetables. The product is also suitable for jelly preparation (2 packets per liter of juice). Jam-marmalade sugar contains, in addition to sugar, fully plant-based fruit pectin, which gives firmness to jam/marmalade. The product\'s potassium sorbate improves the jam\'s shelf life and is especially necessary in jams and marmalades with reduced sugar content. Potassium sorbate occurs naturally in, among others, rowan berries.
