The brightness of the Finnish summer ripens the rapeseed to be especially aromatic. The rapeseed farmer is an important partner for us and all our products are traceable back to the farmer\'s fields. The Swan label indicates that the rapeseed we use is grown in Finland. We carefully select the rapeseed seeds and cold-press the oil mechanically from the seeds at a low temperature. Our gentle cold-pressing method preserves the authentic and natural flavor of rapeseed as well as valuable nutrients. Cold-pressed rapeseed oil is a rich flavor experience and is suitable for both cold and hot cooking.
