Whole grain RYE flour, whole grain OAT flour and flakes, SESAME SEED, whole grain WHEAT flour, whole grain BARLEY flour, water, yeast, salt and emulsifier (E471). Whole grain content 88% of the product weight and 100% of the grains used.
