Banana puree, water, blueberry puree, lactose-free yogurt (pasteurized MILK and CREAM, MILK powder, starter culture), roasted flaxseed meal.
Unopened at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated for up to 1 day.
Keep at room temperature, but delicious when cold. Shake before use.
