Starbucks Nespresso Caffé Verona Ristretto is a dark roasted espresso with hints of roasted sweetness and dark chocolate. Roast level 10/12. This coffee\'s story is about true love - and three different names. The coffee was developed for a restaurant in Seattle in 1975 and was named Jake\'s Blend. The restaurant\'s customers loved the coffee so much that we started selling it in our cafes under the name 80/20, according to the same recipe. The love for coffee was so great that we made it an official product and named the coffee Verona, after the city of love.
