Spelt Cookie is, as the name suggests, a thin and crispy cookie baked from spelt flour, using olive oil in its baking. It pairs especially well with cream cheese, white mold cheese, and blue cheese. Palm oil free.
SPELT WHEAT FLOUR 43%, WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT STARCH, vegetable oils (sunflower, olive), sugar, salt, BARLEY MALT EXTRACT, emulsifier (lecithin), yeast, flour improver (ascorbic acid).
Stored in a dry, normal room temperature.
