Halva\'s first product is vanilla halva. Made from sesame paste, tahini, halva is familiar from Greece. Halva is generally intended to be eaten as is and can also be used in baking. Halva products can be found in the cold sections of stores, near dairy products / ready-made pastries. Halvas are still cooked by hand in a large copper pot in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.
