Elonen\'s crispy rye crispbreads contain up to 16% dietary fiber and are baked from genuine sourdough dough. Rye crispbreads baked from 100% Finnish whole grain rye are baked crispy in a stone oven. We did not add additives or E-numbers to the dough but plenty of flavor and fiber. Lactose-free crispy rye crispbreads are also an excellent source of protein.

Whole grain RYE flour* (90%), water, salt, yeast, RYE malt. *From Finland. May contain small amounts of WHEAT, BARLEY, and OATS. Lactose-free. Dairy-free.
