Elonen Crispy Oat Squares are baked from 66 percent whole grain oats and baked crisp in a stone oven. We did not add additives or E-codes to the dough but plenty of flavor and fiber. Lactose-free crispy oat squares are also an excellent source of protein.
Ingredients
Whole Grain OAT* 57% (flour, flakes and bran), WHEAT flour*, water, vegetable oil (rapeseed and canola), sugar, iodized salt, yeast, psyllium. Whole grain oats 67% of cereal raw materials. *Finland. May contain small amounts of RYE and BARLEY. Lactose-free. Dairy-free.
